​​​​​The Tourism Product Development Fund (TPDF) supports the creation of new tourism products and experiences as well as rejuvenation of existing products and experiences that will heighten interest in Singapore as a tourist destination.


The TPDF is open to all businesses / companies or associations registered in Singapore.

Proposed projects should fall under one of the following categories:

  • Development and rejuvenation projects (such as standalone infrastructure development)
  • Selected feasibility studies

Successful applicants will receive funding support of up to 50% of qualifying costs, subject to the scope of the project and STB's evaluation of the merits of the project. Qualifying costs may include costs relating to third-party professional services, equipment and material costs, and/or marketing costs.


Proposed projects will be assessed on how they enhance the tourism product offerings in Singapore.

Applicants are advised to discuss the proposed project with the officer-in-charge prior to making a formal application. Formal applications must be made on prescribed application forms and submitted to STB.

Project should not commence prior to STB's offer of the grant. Applicants are encouraged to contact STB in advance of project commencement.


Grants will be disbursed to successful applicants on a reimbursement basis, subject to achievement of the agreed project deliverables and milestones. Applicants are required to submit third-party audited documents on qualifying costs for the disbursement of grants, unless otherwise stated.
