Shortlisted applications will be contacted within 3 weeks. Through an initial phone interview, we would seek to better understand your interest in STB and how we can meet your career goals.
The next stage of the hiring process will comprise up to 3 selection interviews with the hiring manager and Human Resources. During these interviews, we will assess each candidate’s job-person fit (technical expertise), person-organisation fit and motivational fit.
- 1st round of interview: Hiring Division (Supervisor) and Human Resources. Depending on the role, candidates may also have to go through a selection test (writing, presentation, technical assignments) to assess his/her technical expertise.
- 2nd / 3rd round of interviews: Management and Human Resources.
