PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Technology Associate Programme is a one-year programme tailored for fresh graduates who are keen to transform Singapore’s tourism landscape using data and digital technology. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to one of the divisions in the Technology Transformation Group (TTG) in STB to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in a specific area.
PROGRAMME FEATURES
Two job rotations in STB’s Technology Transformation Group
Experience life working with at least two of STB’s technology teams, where you will receive training and mentorship, and have the freedom to experiment, ideate and create solutions for our tourism sector.
Collaboration opportunities
Build lasting networks with passionate professionals and work together to develop prototypes to contribute to ground-breaking projects.
Robust development opportunities
Deepen your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects with various tourism business units in STB.

PROGRAMME ELIGIBILITY
The Technology Associate Programme is open to all Singaporean fresh graduates.
Candidates with the following qualities will be viewed favourably:
Fresh graduates with less than one year of work experience
Good honours degree from recognised universities
Competency in at least one programming language
Excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
Proven leadership abilities
Passionate about the tourism industry
Demonstrate interest and relevant experience in the technical field
Enterprising, dynamic and forward-looking
