Singapore, 30 December 2019 – The Singapore Tourism Board would like to inform the public that the Sir Stamford Raffles statue at the Raffles Landing Site will undergo routine cleaning from 2 to 3 January 2020.

The People of The River (POTR) sculptures along Singapore River will also undergo cleaning from 4 to 17 January 2020. During this time, each sculpture will be hoarded up for two to three days while the other three sculptures remain accessible to the public.

We seek the public’s understanding that the Sir Stamford Raffles statue and the POTR sculptures that are hoarded up will not be available for photo-taking during this period.
