With China being Singapore’s top visitor source market for the past 3 years, it is essential to dive deeper into their travel landscape and understand how to effectively reach the Chinese traveler. On 23 and 24 June 2020, STB partnered with six Chinese digital giants - Alibaba, Bytedance, Trip.com, MaFengWo, Meituan Dianping and Tencent – on a China-Ready webinar series to deepen Singapore tourism stakeholders’ marketing knowledge and understanding of Chinese digital platforms.

The webinar series showcased features and functionalities of each platform, tourism related case studies, insights into the new outbound travel landscape and provided thought starters on how stakeholders can prepare for the market’s recovery.
