Singapore, 19 April 2018 – The Singapore Tourism Board would like to inform the public that the Sir Stamford Raffles statue at the Raffles Landing Site along Singapore River will be undergoing a one-day routine cleaning on 23 April 2018.
The Sir Stamford Raffles statue will not be available for photo-taking as scaffolding will be erected around it to facilitate the cleaning.
We seek the public's understanding as the works may cause some inconvenience during the cleaning.
