Clarification on Charges Filed in Graft Case Mentioning STB on 10 February 2026

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) is aware of the charges filed against four individuals. STB has an operator agreement with Constellar Venues Pte Ltd (CVPL) which includes the general provision of Food & Beverage services at Singapore Expo. The alleged offences relate to subcontracts between CVPL and their vendors, and do not directly affect our operator agreement with CVPL.

STB requires all contracting parties, their employees and subcontractors to comply with the law and will take appropriate action if any breach is identified.
