DIVINE makes Singapore his playground with new music video ‘Saucy’

1st April 2026, India: Indian hip-hop today is a mood, a movement and a way of showing up. At the heart of that energy is DIVINE, whose voice continues to shape how a generation moves, travels, and experiences culture. Keeping a pulse on the new generation of travellers, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has teamed up with DIVINE for his latest music video, Saucy, from the album Walking on Water, turning Singapore into a playground of culture, style and sound. More than just a backdrop, the city becomes an integral part of the narrative, as the video spotlights its coolest corners and gives young travellers a fresh reason to go and explore the city.

With his latest music video drop, Saucy, from the album Walking on Water, DIVINE leans into the energy of Singapore, a city already well-loved by Indian travellers, reimagining its vibrant landscape through his lens. Released by Gully Gang Entertainment and featuring Bollywood actress Mouni Roy alongside Indian rapper-singer Riar Saab, the track rings up a fusion of reggaeton with notes of Latin pop, hip-hop and R&B, creating the perfect soundtrack of the summer.

Speaking about the track, DIVINE said, “When we were figuring out where to shoot 'Saucy', Singapore just felt right. I was there recently for F1 and that pace stayed with me, it moves fast but still feels easy. The track has the same energy, so it made sense. We just moved around the city, hit different spots, different looks, and let the video build on its own. It didn't feel like we were forcing anything, that's when you know the song and the place really vibe together.”

Mouni Roy added, “Singapore had been on my travel wish list for a while, and now it has my heart. Experiencing this beautiful country for the first time while shooting Saucy was something else entirely. The food, the fashion, the energy, it all flows together so effortlessly. We moved through so many different spaces and moods while filming, and the city just kept revealing itself - bustling one moment, beautifully still the next. It stopped feeling like we were working and shooting and started feeling like I was falling in love with the place. I came here to film and ended up completely charmed. I will definitely be coming back.”

The music video samples some of Singapore’s most iconic spots and quirky corners, like Haji Lane, a vibrant cultural pocket known for its street art, indie boutiques and creative energy, as well as the helipad on top of the Swissôtel The Stamford, one of Southeast Asia’s tallest hotels. It also features community spots like People's Park Terrace and Marina Barrage that serve as third spaces as well as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Garden, featuring an iconic art installation by local artist Baet Yeok Kuan. The Helix Bridge, with its futuristic design that offers stunning panoramic views of the city skyline, along with Marina Bay Sands and the ArtScience Museum, was set as the final scene of the music video. Connecting with a generation that travels for the vibe as much as the destination, Saucy doesn’t just show you Singapore; it drops you right in the middle of its rhythm.
