Sir Stamford Raffles statue at Raffles Landing Site to undergo routine maintenance

Singapore, 15 June 2026 – The Singapore Tourism Board would like to inform the public that the Sir Stamford Raffles statue at the Raffles Landing Site along the Singapore River will undergo routine maintenance from 9am to 6pm on 30 June 2026.

During this period, the statue will not be available for photo-taking as maintenance works will be in progress. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the maintenance will be rescheduled to 1 July 2026.

We seek the public’s understanding as the works may cause some inconvenience during this period.
