Sir Stamford Raffles statue at Raffles Landing Site to undergo routine maintenance

Singapore, 17 November 2025 – The Singapore Tourism Board would like to inform the public that the Sir Stamford Raffles statue at the Raffles Landing Site along the Singapore River will undergo routine maintenance from 7am to 6pm on 10 December 2025.

During this period, the statue will not be available for photo-taking as maintenance works will be in progress. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the maintenance will be rescheduled to 11 December 2025.

We seek the public’s understanding as the works may cause some inconvenience during this period.
