Suspension of Travel Agent Licence: Vacanza Global Travels Pte. Ltd.

Singapore, 15 June 2026 – The Singapore Tourism Board (“STB”) would like to inform the public that Vacanza Global Travels Pte. Ltd. (travel agent licence number TA03314) (“Vacanza Global Travels”) has been suspended from conducting travel agent activities with effect from 13 June 2026, in accordance with the Travel Agents Act 1975.

The suspension is a result of Vacanza Global Travels’ failure to maintain the minimum financial requirements for licensees. Under Regulation 9(1)(b) of the Travel Agents Regulations 2017, a travel agent issued a general licence must maintain a net value of at least $100,000 at all times.

The suspension will remain in effect until Vacanza Global Travels submits proof that it has a net value of at least $100,000, or for up to 6 months, whichever is earlier. Should Vacanza Global Travels fail to meet the minimum financial requirements by the end of its suspension, its licence may be revoked. During the period of suspension, Vacanza Global Travels will be required to fulfil its existing obligations to its customers but will not be allowed to accept new travel bookings.

STB takes a serious view against errant travel agents and will not hesitate to take necessary actions to protect the reputation of Singapore’s travel industry. Any travel agent accepting new bookings during the suspension period will face enforcement action.
