Outstanding Achievement in Sustainability
About
This award recognises a business/organisation which is an industry leader in sustainability and has inspired others to adopt sustainable practices, in the face of increasing supply chain pressures and climate-related risks.
Award Eligibility
Environment
Introduced environmental sustainability measures/practices aligned to Singapore's long-term net zero emissions aspiration by 2050.
Economy
Adopted more resource-efficient operations through technology, and developed a more resilient workforce
Social
Supported local businesses and communities and/or drove local business spend
Implemented initiatives to cater to the needs of travellers with accessibility needs
Awareness/ Outreach
Demonstrated efforts to raise awareness of sustainability efforts and/or promoted sustainable consumption habits (to both internal & external stakeholders).
Outstanding Business Innovation
About
This award recognises a business/organisation that has introduced bold, creative solutions to address key challenges and deliver tangible positive outcomes.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all Singapore-registered tourism/travel-related organisations or Singapore-registered organisations that support tourism/travel-related organisations (i.e. technology companies, service providers, etc).
Demonstrated positive outcomes which addresses business challenges (e.g. increased revenues, improved productivity)
Businesses that have introduced bold, creative solutions that address key challenges and deliver tangible positive outcomes.
Businesses that have scaled these creative solutions / pilots across their organisation.
Outstanding Marketing Idea
About
This award recognises a business/organisation which has used agile, bold, and creative marketing to effectively engage new or existing audiences despite the challenging environment. Marketing efforts should be quantifiable.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to any Singapore-registered organisation that has demonstrated marketing of a tourism/travel-related product and/or experience in Singapore. The target audience of the marketing execution must include international visitors.
Shortlisted nominees will be required to prepare additional information and/or present their entry to a panel of judges.
Marketing results must be quantifiable (e.g. attracted 1,000 international e-visitors).
Innovative use of content, formats and/or media.
Marketing efforts should have greater focus on reaching international audience as its Target Audience. Domestic audience may also be targeted.
Campaigns whose marketing efforts are rolled out in the calendar years of 2024 and 2025 are considered.
