Who organises the award?
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) organises the Awards biennially.
What happened to the Singapore Experience Awards?
Organised by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the Singapore Tourism Awards brings together Singapore’s tourism sector to celebrate individuals and organisations that best deliver exceptional experiences and achieve enterprise excellence. With the repositioning from The Singapore Experience Awards to the Singapore Tourism Awards, the focus extends beyond experience excellence to encompass enterprise excellence. The Awards remains an integral part of STB’s efforts to raise the Singapore tourism sector’s competitiveness by motivating organisations and individuals to create compelling experiences or adopt best practices.
What do award recipients receive?
Award recipients will be presented with a trophy and certificate at the Awards Presentation Ceremony.
Submissions of Nominations
How often is STA held?
The STA is held once every two years.
When is the STA ceremony event?
The award ceremony event will be held in Q2/3 2026.
Which categories can an establishment enter?
An establishment can be nominated in these main award categories: Experience Excellence (Leisure/MICE) and Enterprise Excellence. Click here to read up on awards eligibility.
Which category should I submit my experience that is within an attraction?
Specific experiences within an attraction’s premises can be nominated for Outstanding Attraction Experience.
Which category should I submit my cocktail bar/pub under?
Cocktail bars/pubs can be nominated for the Outstanding F&B Experience.
Which category should I submit my wellness event/initiative under?
Wellness events/initiatives can be nominated under the nature of its activity. For instance, a wellness-related tour may be qualified under the Outstanding Tour Experience category, while a wellness event may be qualified under the Outstanding Leisure Events and Experience category.

How many entries can I submit?
Experience (Leisure/MICE) / Enterprise Excellence
STA 2026 recognises the contributions by individuals and organisations in the calendar years of 2024 and 2025.
Individuals and organisations may submit one submission for each year (2024 and 2025). Category-wise, multiple entries maybe submitted for various categories as long as the eligibility and entry requirements are fulfilled.
For example, a hotel that nominates itself for the Outstanding Hotel Experience may also wish to nominate its in-house restaurant for the Outstanding F&B Experience.
Tourism Star
Multiple entries may be submitted. However, repeat or multiple nominations for the same individual will be considered as only one nomination.
What are supporting documents?
Supporting documents refer to any reference material, collateral, or information that you can append to your nomination to strengthen it. This may include for example project reviews, media coverage, prior accolades or marketing collateral. Please provide an accessible downloadable link within the nomination form. Only 1 link is allowed.
How do I know if my submission was successfully sent through?
An email confirmation will be sent to your indicated email address. For multiple submissions of the same entry, the final version will be used and earlier versions voided.
