Special Flight to Muscat for Visitors Affected by Middle East Airspace Closure

Please note that

• Cabin class. Seating will be assigned at random, though efforts will be made to group families together.

• Meals. There will be no meal differentiation between cabin classes. Only meat or non-meat options will be provided, and no child or infant meals will be available.

• Frequent flyer privileges. No privileges are applicable, such as earning of miles or using points to offset costs.

• Baggage limitations. Baggage allowance will be 30kg per passenger, with no oversized, excess baggage purchase or pets allowed.

• Physical aids. Prams, wheelchairs and other necessary physical aids will be allowed. Wheelchair service will be subject to availability.

• Prohibited items. Weapons and firearms will not be allowed on the flight. Pets will not be allowed on the flights.

• Entry to Oman. You must ensure that you have the requisite valid travel documents, visas, and travel insurance (if any) prior to the flight.

• Exit from Oman. You are responsible to secure your own onward travel arrangements to other destinations.

Criteria

Please note that this flight is strictly for non-resident travellers currently in Singapore whose travel arrangements between 28 February 2026 to 8 March 2026 have been cancelled by an airline due to the closure of airspace in the Middle East, and who have not rebooked alternative travel arrangements.
