Singapore Tourism Board (STB) – Tourism Development Fund (TDF)
TDF supports businesses in driving innovation and resilience. Businesses can access three main schemes to transform operations and enhance competitive advantage:

a. Business Improvement Fund (BIF)
b. Kickstart Fund (KF)
c. Training Industry Professionals in Tourism (TIP-iT)

Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) – Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)
PSG supports businesses in adopting pre-scoped IT solutions and equipment to improve productivity with ease. Businesses can tap on solutions such as CRM and customer engagement chatbots to enable more efficient workflows and improved customer experience.

It enables businesses to develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and implement effective change management strategies.

Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) – Open Innovation Network (OIN)
The Open Innovation Network (OIN) serves as a platform to connect corporates with entrepreneurs, innovators and researchers to co-develop and test-bed solutions that address real-world challenges in Singapore and beyond.

Through OIN, Tourism businesses can participate in market-specific and thematic open innovation challenges (e.g. sustainability), to access targeted innovation opportunities and partners for piloting and scaling solutions.

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) – Digital Leaders Programme (DLP)
The Digital Leaders Programme (DLP) is designed for digitally mature tourism enterprises seeking to accelerate transformation by building strong, in-house technical capabilities. It supports leadership teams in developing strategic digital roadmaps, hiring specialist talent, and execute high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) – Open Innovation Platform (OIP)
The Open Innovation Platform (OIP), powered by IMDA, supports enterprises in driving digital innovation through structured, end-to-end support — from problem scoping to solution development. It connects businesses with a global network of solution providers to co-develop solutions for real operational needs.

Tourism stakeholders can tap on OIP to explore tech solutions that can be piloted and scaled for business use cases.

The programme supports selected tech companies in building valuable partnerships with key tourism stakeholders, focusing on industry pilots that can be scaled to the rest of the sector. STA also provides showcase opportunities for further engagement and media exposure.
