About the E-Visitor Authentication-Ready Programme

E-Visitor Authentication (EVA) is an application programming interface (API) designed to streamline the hotel check-in process by automating the verification of international visitors’ stay validity. Presently, hotels without EVA must perform manual checks on visitors’ stay validity before providing accommodation.

The EVA-Ready Programme recognises technology vendors that can deploy digital check-in solutions compatible with STB’s E-Visitor Authentication (EVA) system.

Programme Objective

The programme ensures that vendors meet specific criteria to achieve EVA-Ready status, which is mandatory for API access.

Once a vendor becomes EVA-Ready, they can onboard their hotel partners to EVA more efficiently, reducing onboarding time. Vendors who achieve this status are distinguished by the EVA-Ready badge.

Who can apply

This programme is open to local and overseas vendors with existing hotel check-in solutions.
