To enhance Singapore’s offerings as an award-winning Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) destination, the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau™ (SECB) has partnered local tourism players to develop two innovative programmes.

In Singapore Incentives & Rewards (INSPIRE)

In Singapore Incentives & Rewards (INSPIRE) is a tailored rewards programme featuring curated itineraries that highlight the best of Singapore's dining, entertainment, and attractions.

​SECB and their partners have developed packages designed to appeal to incentive travellers from specific markets. These packages are not available for commercial sale.

Singapore Hotel Incentives for Business Events (SHINE)

Singapore Hotel Incentives for Business Events (SHINE) is a hotel partnership programme that delivers greater value to meeting organisers.

SECB has partnered 22 business events-focused hotels, collectively representing up to 25% of Singapore's hotel room inventory. Spanning global and local brands across a range of price points, meeting organisers have access to quality accommodation options that meet diverse needs and budgets - with specially negotiated room rates and benefits offering additional savings on accommodation, and exclusive complimentary experiences curated for MICE delegates by our hotel partners. Event delegates also enjoy conference room rates for extended stays of up to five days pre and post conference, along with exclusive discounts on ancillary services such as dining and spa.

Singapore MICE Advantage Programme (SMAP)

Our tourism partners have joined forces to develop the Singapore MICE Advantage Programme (SMAP). This programme streamlines event planning and operations for organisers, while offering exclusive benefits to MICE delegates attending SMAP-supported events.

These enhanced meeting experiences are intended to complement the Business Events in Singapore (BEiS) incentive scheme offered by SECB.
