1. Film Incentives
Singapore On-Screen Fund
A joint initiative by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), the Singapore On-Screen Fund supports TV and film productions with global reach that showcase Singapore to international audiences, while engaging Singapore media enterprises.
Successful projects will receive funding support of up to 30% of qualifying costs related to featuring Singapore, including production and marketing costs.

In addition, successful projects can receive:
Facilitation support from the Singapore Film Commission
Access to STB’s network of industry connections and location resources
Guidance on Singapore locations, permits, and production logistics
Eligibility & Application
Projects must be set in Singapore, where it is clear that Singapore is the filming location.
Project proposals will be evaluated based on:
Distribution and market reach
Content concept and creative merit
Opportunities to feature Singapore’s places of interest and experiences
Number of local talents involved in credited roles

2. Other Incentives
Projects with regional-to-global reach can apply for STB's Regional Film & TV Fund, which provides funding support on qualifying costs, depending on distribution and Singapore's prominence in the content. Unlike the Singapore On-Screen Fund, local talent involvement is not required but is recommended.
