Partnership Opportunities for ASEAN Tourism Forum 2027

Singapore will host the ASEAN Tourism Forum (“ATF”) 2027 from 18 to 22 January 2027, the premier annual event for the ASEAN tourism industry that is hosted on a rotational basis by respective ASEAN Member States. 2027 will also mark the 60th anniversary (Diamond Jubilee) of the formation of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (“ASEAN”).

This event aims to promote Southeast Asia as an attractive, multi-faceted single destination, promote intra-ASEAN travel and strengthen cooperation among various sectors of the ASEAN tourism industry, as well as showcase Singapore as the regional hub for travel and tourism whilst demonstrating Singapore’s commitment to advancing regional tourism growth and sustainability.

ATF 2027 comprises the following meetings and events:

(a) ASEAN National Tourism Organisations (“ASEAN NTOs”) and Dialogue Partners’ Meetings (i.e., China, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russia and India) from 18 to 20 January 2027, which will be attended by Heads of ASEAN NTOs and Dialogue Partners; and

(b) ASEAN Tourism Ministers and Dialogue Partners’ Meetings on 21 and 22 January 2027, which will be attended by Tourism Ministers of ASEAN and Dialogue Partners;

(c) Ancillary Events (e.g., ATF 2027 Opening and Closing Ceremonies); and

(d) ASEAN TRAVEX (an annual travel trade-only exhibition with international buyers and ASEAN based suppliers) and meetings by various ASEAN travel-related associations.

Opportunities for partnership may be in-kind for food and beverages, welcome packs, and hosted experiences for delegates. In particular, we are looking to partner with homegrown brands to raise their brand profile amongst overseas delegates attending ATF 2027 in Singapore. Through our comprehensive publicity channels, your company can significantly enhance its brand visibility with distinguished delegates from ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners from China, Japan, Korea, India, and Russia, creating valuable networking opportunities and potential business partnerships within the regional tourism ecosystem.
