Phone interview

Shortlisted applications will be contacted within 3 weeks. Through an initial phone interview, we would seek to better understand your interest in STB and how we can meet your career goals.

Face-to-face interviews

The next stage of the hiring process will comprise up to 3 selection interviews with the hiring manager and Human Resources. During these interviews, we will assess each candidate’s job-person fit (technical expertise), person-organisation fit and motivational fit.

  • 1st round of interview: Hiring Division (Supervisor) and Human Resources. Depending on the role, candidates may also have to go through a selection test (writing, presentation, technical assignments) to assess his/her technical expertise.
  • 2nd / 3rd round of interviews: Management and Human Resources.
