The hiring process will comprise up to 3 selection interviews. During these interviews, we will assess each candidate’s job-person fit (technical expertise), person-organisation fit and motivational fit.
The hiring manager or Human Resources might reach out to candidates for an initial phone interview to better understand your interest in STB and how we can meet your career goals.
Depending on the role, candidates may also have to go through a selection test (writing, presentation, technical assignments) to assess his/her technical expertise.
