Dr. Barkathunnisha is a tourism consultant, practitioner, academic and corporate trainer, and holds more than 25 years of extensive management experience in the tourism, hospitality and MICE industry. Her expertise lies in the areas of MICE, destination marketing, women in tourism, sustainable tourism, halal tourism and tourism education.

Michael Magill trained in the UK and prior to joining RSP, was employed in a number of high profile international architectural practices. Since then, he has led design teams to win numerous international architectural competitions. Michael has also won the Architect of the Year by Design Middle East Awards consecutively since 2019.
